Today, I am most thankful for a God who is bigger and more full of love than my mind can even begin to comprehend. A God who has blessed me with so many wonderful people and a beautiful life.
As you may remember, I wrote a letter to an old teacher about a week and a half ago as part of my 26 before 26 list.
Good news! The letter as received and responded to! Here is the email I received from Mr. Pounder yesterday:
Um. Yes, I needed some kleenex after that email too. After emailing back and forth a bit I also found out he had received two other letters from past students this week. Words cannot describe how I felt when I read that. Let's just say that I don't believe in coincidences, but I do believe in God-instances (yes, I'm super corny like that). I am full of awe.
And now, Mr. Pounder is considering taking up a 61 before 61 challenge himself. Don't you agree he should do it?!
This whole letter writing experience has inspired me...Hopefully that inspiration turns into reality I'll have details for you soon.
